We\u2019ve got some big news this week at Savoy Timber! We\u2019re thrilled to announce that we recently supplied materials and hard working staff to the set of Love Your Garden<\/a>, with Alan Titchmarsh. The programme has been running since 2011, with Alan and his co-presenters transforming the gardens of people who deserve them the most. Here at Savoy Timber, we were honoured to be able to assist the family featured in this particular episode. It was a surprisingly emotional experience!<\/p>\n

Now, this was more than just a garden makeover. The transformation has a special emotional significance to the family in question, and so we made sure to give the project all the care and attention it deserves. With a small but dedicated team, over the course of a few days we revamped the family\u2019s garden with a brand new look, to fit their very specific vision. The results are truly fantastic \u2013 though we say so ourselves! In addition to some very enthusiastic manpower, we also provided a large amount of timber, which have been put to brilliant use in the finished space.<\/p>\n

Even though we\u2019ve now got a national reach, we\u2019ve always been a family business here at Savoy Timber, so it\u2019s a concept that\u2019s very close to our hearts. We found work on the garden to be an incredibly fulfilling experience, especially given how the family are going to be using it. Plus, as you might be able to tell from the above photo, we were quite excited at being able to meet Alan himself. Not only was he a thoroughly pleasant bloke, but he was only too happy to pause for a couple of pictures with our very eager team!<\/p>\n
