Choose Light Worktops For A Clean, Contemporary Look<\/h2>\n

An easy way to start on deciding on a colour for your kitchen worktops<\/strong><\/a> is to think about whether you want something that\u2019s brighter or darker. They each have their own advantages. Lighter laminate kitchen worktops<\/a><\/strong>, for example (like our White Sparkle Gloss 40mm worktop), can make the space feel brighter, as they\u2019re great at reflecting natural light. As long as you\u2019re vigilant about caring for your worktops<\/strong><\/a>, they give your kitchen an absolutely stunning clean look, which works particularly well with a contemporary style.<\/p>\n

Darker worktops, on the other hand, are brilliant for giving your kitchen a richer, more luxurious feel \u2013 especially if you have wooden kitchen cabinets or furniture. Be careful, though \u2013 too many dark colours in your kitchen can undermine the impact, and leave it looking a little depressing.
